My soap process

My soaping journey started about a year ago when I came across a three ingredients cold process soap recipe online. It seemed fairly easy for me to try , and turned out great. Then my real obsession started when I researched soap cold process even further and learned how we could use Mother Nature’s ingredients in soap making.

My first soap bar: coconut oil, NaOh, water.

Not all have been successful throughout this journey, there has been many mistakes, a lot to be learned, and even a couple of tears but slowly we have evolved our Cabin Soap Bar to our own recipe that we are happy to share with you.Since we only have access to raw goat milk when a kid is born at The Cabin (not a goat farm , at least not yet )not all our soap bars have it as an additive, some have herbs and/or clays as main components due to its benefits for the skin.
